# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally ten minutes with ingredients you already have in your pantry
  • The texture is absolutely perfect, spreading smoothly but holding its shape when you want to pipe decorations
  • It sets just enough to stack cookies but stays soft and creamy underneath
02 -
  • Room temperature ingredients are absolutely non-negotiable for smooth, lump-free frosting
  • Always frost completely cooled cookies or the frosting will melt right off
  • Adding gel food coloring after the frosting is fully whipped prevents breaking the emulsion
03 -
  • Sift your powdered sugar over a piece of parchment paper for easy cleanup
  • Warm your mixing bowl with hot water and dry thoroughly before starting for even fluffier results
