Strawberry High Protein Yogurt Bites (Printable)

Creamy Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries blended with protein powder create these convenient frozen bites.

# What You Need:

→ Dairy & Protein

01 - 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla, 2% or 0%
02 - 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder, about 30 g

→ Fruit

03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced, about 150 g

→ Sweetener & Extras

04 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional, adjust to taste
05 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of fine sea salt

→ Coating

07 - 1/2 cup dark or white chocolate chips, optional for dipping or drizzling, about 80 g

# How-To:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey or maple syrup if using, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
03 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries until evenly distributed.
04 - Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion out 1-tablespoon mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm.
06 - If coating in chocolate, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Dip each frozen bite in chocolate or drizzle over the top. Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
07 - Transfer bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before enjoying.
