05 - Divide into bowls or jars. Top with banana slices, coconut flakes, nuts, and berries as desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The earthy grassy notes of matcha mellow beautifully overnight creating a breakfast that tastes like a cafe treat without the morning rush effort
  • Theres something deeply satisfying about waking up to a ready made breakfast that actually looks gorgeous in the jar
02 -
  • Whisking the matcha into the milk first before adding any other ingredients is the difference between smooth creamy oats and a speckled disappointing mess
  • The oats continue softening the longer they sit so if you prefer some texture don't let them go longer than 24 hours
03 -
  • Let your oats sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before eating if you can because the flavors really pop when they're not ice cold
  • Toast your nuts and coconut flakes beforehand even if it seems like an extra step because the warmth and crunch is worth every minute
