01 - 1/4 cup soy sauce (use tamari for gluten-free)
02 - 1/4 cup pineapple juice
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
08 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

09 - 1 1/3 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
10 - 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
11 - 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into chunks
12 - 1 small red onion, cut into chunks
13 - 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
14 - 8 wooden or metal skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use)
