California Club Sandwich Triple Decker (Printable)

01 - 8 slices cooked bacon
02 - 8 oz sliced roasted turkey breast

03 - 12 slices sandwich bread (white or whole wheat)

05 - 1 large ripe tomato, sliced
06 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced
07 - 4 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce

# How-To:

01 - Toast all 12 bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
02 - Lay out 4 slices of bread and spread each with mayonnaise. Layer turkey slices, lettuce, and a few avocado slices on top of each.

04 - Place a second toasted slice on each sandwich and spread with more mayonnaise.
05 - Add tomato slices and 2 bacon strips per sandwich on the middle layer.
06 - Top each triple-decker with a final bread slice to close the sandwich.
