09 - 1/2 tsp salt
10 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

# How-To:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F.
02 - Combine softened butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.

06 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The smoky heat from the Cajun spices transforms ordinary corn into something extraordinary
  • It comes together in under 30 minutes but tastes like you spent all day on it
02 -
  • Grilling corn without husks gives you better char but you need to watch it closely to prevent burning
  • Letting the butter soften completely prevents it from tearing the corn kernels when you try to spread it
03 -
  • Peel back the husks without removing them completely and tie them with kitchen twine for a built in handle while grilling
  • For even more flavor try brushing the corn with a little olive oil before applying the Cajun butter
